- Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 days) is available at checkout where offered.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipping method, and order size.
- Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing/manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
- Eligibility: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order number or invoice.
- Custom & Personalised Items: Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing fault.
- How to Request a Return or Exchange: Email info@giftsvolt.co.uk with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Please specify whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Refunds & Replacements
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm the issue before a refund or replacement is approved.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Send back the item in its original condition with proof of purchase; your replacement will be dispatched once the return is approved.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please email photos of the issue within 72 hours of delivery to info@giftsvolt.co.uk. We’ll arrange a replacement and refund any applicable postage costs.
