Delivery Information

At GiftsVolt, we ensure your chosen gift items are safely packed and dispatched promptly. Below are our standard shipping and delivery details:

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 days) is available at checkout where offered.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipping method and order size.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing/printing defect, please contact our customer support within 60 days of delivery and we will assist with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn (where applicable), in their original packaging and accompanied by the purchase invoice or order number.
  • Custom & personalised items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised or personalised items unless there is a manufacturing fault. Prior to production, every bespoke order is reviewed and approved by the customer.
  • How to request a return/exchange: Email info@giftsvolt.co.uk with your order number, photos (if relevant) and a description of the issue and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Inspections: Where a return is required we will inspect the item on receipt to confirm the fault before authorising a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of item inspection. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
  • Exchanges: Send the item back in its original condition along with proof of purchase and we will dispatch the replacement once the return is approved.
  • Damaged or wrong orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email photos within 72 hours of delivery to info@giftsvolt.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement and refund any applicable postage costs.
