General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Content submitted to this website may be transmitted across networks and adjusted to meet technical requirements.
• Unauthorised reproduction, duplication, resale, or commercial exploitation of site content is prohibited without our written permission.

Online Store Terms

Our site lists gift items and personalised products for sale. We endeavour to ensure product details, pricing and availability are accurate, but errors and variations (for example, in colour or finish) may occur.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted by us when goods are dispatched.

Modifications to Service & Pricing

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
• We may update, suspend or discontinue services or site content at any time without liability.

Delivery

Delivery estimates at checkout are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or events outside our control. “Next day” orders placed on Friday–Sunday may be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order contact us immediately at info@giftsvolt.co.uk. If the order has not been dispatched we will ordinarily refund in full. If items have been dispatched, you will be responsible for return postage and our refund policy will apply. Custom, personalised or time-sensitive items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, products or services. You agree to indemnify GiftsVolt Ltd and its officers, employees and agents against any losses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our published Privacy Policy and Delivery & Returns policy, form the entire agreement between you and GiftsVolt Ltd.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, transport delays, natural disasters, or system failures).

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
